Addition of pad to the 3 care considerations

CATHEREEPLUS™ is a highly moisture-permeable film dressing with three considerations: "high moisture permeability", "high fixation" and "hypoallergenic". This product has a highly absorbent pad on it to protect the wound gently.

EOG sterilized

• Holding needles or catheters in place.
• Protective covering for wounds.

Urethane gel adhesive

• Since the urethane gel adhesive has a very high "moisture permeability", it realizes "easiness to the skin" and "good adhesion" at a high level.

It is hygienic because it can be applied without touching the pad or adhesive surface.

• The release film can be easily peeled off.

High-absorbency pad

• The pad is 10 times more absorbent than gauze (per unit area).

Non-sticky pad design preventing adhesion to wounds

• The surface of the pad is covered with a porous polyethylene film to make it non sticky and gently protect the wound.

   Slowly peel off the large release liner.

   Pad the wound, peel off remaining release liner and secure the product with surrounding tape.

   Slowly peel off the release film.

   This product adheres to skin smoothly.

  Important basic cautions

  • 1)
    If the wound is dirty, clean the wound before applying.
  • 2)
    When applying the tape, press the tape well over the skin with your hands to prevent wrinkles. If there are wrinkles that reach the pad, replace it with a new one as the waterproofness will be impaired. In particular, be careful when applying to joints or bends, as wrinkles are more likely to occur.
  • 3)
    Before showering or taking a bath, make sure that the entire dressing tape adheres well to the skin so that water cannot penetrate.
  • 4)
    If symptoms appear to be infection or skin disorder (rash / redness, blisters, skin peeling, itchiness, etc.) on the application site, discontinue use and take appropriate treatment.
  • 5)
    If the product gets wet or dirty, or leaks blood or exudate, replace it immediately with a new one.

  Additional cautions

  • 1)
    Do not use this product if its packaging is soiled, damaged or wet.
  • 2)
    Use immediately after opening the package.
  • 3)
    When removing, peel off slowly along the flow of the body hair to prevent skin damage.

Storage method: Store at room temperature, away from water, high temperatures, high humidity, and direct sunlight.
